摘要:
從構(gòu)象漸變的觀點(diǎn),對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)熱變性現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)以前用二態(tài)模型無法解釋的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),可以用漸變的觀點(diǎn)做出合理的解釋.給出在實(shí)驗(yàn)中可以進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證熱變性過程具有構(gòu)象漸變特征的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果.

Abstract: From the viewpoint of sequential model,thermal denaturation process is analyzed systematically.It is found that the experimental data can not be explained in terms of two?state model previously,but can be explained by sequential model now.The predicted results of further experiment that is about a thermal denaturation process has the feature of the sequential process of conformation is given in this paper.?
